Re: epsom salt warning, i almost died!

I can tell you in my case in flush #2 I was not quite as bad off, though I did end up in the ER. Why? Because I have adrenal fatigue, and I had a severe potasium deficiency, and I took several tablespoons of ES in the morning after the flush (a real good flush, best out of 13), and I drank pure water with no electolytes to replace what I lost in massive diarrea. Was so carried away with emotion at finally getting a motherload out, I wasn't thinking, and low electrolytes didn't help. A saline IV for awhile and I was fine. Until the toxins recirculated. So I highly recommend a colonic or colema board.

I look at it this way, you get into your car and drive somewhere, you need to know what you're doing, and then its quite safe. You definately don't want to be doing 12 other tasks at the same time you're driving, keep the detox tasks separate unless you know you can handle all that at once. And others may have special needs to get them going.

Nowadays I look back at how I was then, and how I ate, and it amazes me how easy a flush is now. Now I like to have dried unsulfered apricots handy the day after the flush, they are loaded with potassium, critical to regulating electrolytes, and they are yummy!
