Only use 100% pure turpentine, no more than a teaspoon in total: mix with honey, Sugar cube or water, either way take teaspoon measured first then mix so you know your not taking more. These parasites love Sugar and hate and will avoid Turpentine so by diluting it on a Sugar will trick them to eating the Turpentine as well as clean them through your system so if any are still in intestines after they will die off in later stools

You want to cleanse up to 4 days first so to not be so miserable, if you don't cleanse first be prepared more trips to the bathroom, so your not really doing all the work first then using it you will have better results with it because it will do the additional cleaning of intestinal walls

Yes the essential oils of pine will work since Turpentine is just what the oils of pine has been named so both are the same thing, however only pure pine oil and pure turpentine is to be used not any distilled with other minerals as it may be harmful
