I haven't tried spirulina and chlorella so far because I read about how difficult it is to get clean, non-toxic algae. Perhaps I should search for a trusted company that grows it.
I have some organic wheatgrass powder which I may try, although it tends to be a bit heavy on my system. What are your thoughts on wheatgrass powders or grass?
And I suppose you mean cacao powder. I will look that up too. I never knew it is a nutritious substance.
I am concerned that what I experience is not true hunger possibly, but I am also not sure if I should entirely dismiss the body's sensations in favour of a theoretical idea of 'true hunger'.
