I'd try high nutrition low calory things like Spirulina, or Chlorella or Green/vegetable juices. Your body may be signaling micronutrient lack. I find caco powder (I could find it also raw) also help me with needing to eat more (it may be sying smth as to why ppl crave chocolate so much). I mix it with honey, water, +/- vegetable lecithin/dried fruit pieces. I feel it gives a condensed nutrition, easy to digest and curbs somewhat my appetite.
