I have been going to a Gastro doctor to address my issue. He first gave me Xifaxan, which I thought would work since many people have discussed their positive experience with it. I was prescribed this medication twice! No luck for me. Then he tells me to take probiotics to balance things out. Another brick wall! So I started to look through blogs about bad breath and ran across the Nutritional Balancing program. I have since started that program... I have regular bowel movements and the change in my diet has changed the smell of my excretions. I've also started working out and going to the sauna to SWEAT OUT toxins... thought that it was working at one point. Then, my trainer walked up to me then went to get some hand sanitizer and started to talk to me. This was interesting, because I notice that many people do that around me. Thus... connecting the dots, I still STINK! Pretty hurtful. Worse than that, I went to the gym got out of the sauna started talking to someone and he kept talking to me while he placed his hand over his nose. Thick skin is a HUGE part of this issue! Extremely thick skin. I am going to do a gallbladder and liver cleanse this weekend. Instead of using apple juice, I am prepping with malic acid... 800mg twice a day. Luckily I believe that there is a solution, I just haven't found it yet.
