Treatment directions, help needed

I contracted bird mites 5 years ago, later I thought I had developed Morgellons, then I was confirmed by lab testing that I have Lyme. My mites symptoms is not severe and I've long dormant periods for months or years but they keep coming back every a few months.
Recently I was convinced by several fellow mites sufferers that I need internal parasites Rx treatment.
I was tempted to follow, actually I had take Alben and Pyrantel for a few days.
But I'm really not sure if I'm on the right track. I had treated Lyme with doxy/Minocycline for a few months which I believe caused me SIBO. My digestive system is like not working at all, whatever I eat I pass it out in the original shape. Unbielivable.
I doubt any drugs I'm taking now will get absorbed and that's why I have yet to experienced a herx.
Can anyone give me any advice?
