Thank you so much, I agree and feel the same for the most part. I find eating kiwi fruit, just one, is more effective than taking 1g vc pills. Eating 1 Apple is effective for my bowel movement while taking fiber/pectin is not. However, the Sugar content of fruits is a big problem. I still haven't figure out how to solve this issue. I had been taking so many supplements but at the end of the day I doubt they actually helped or made my situation worse. I don't know, I feel totally Imbalanced, messed up, a healthy person should not need to take this many supplements. That's why I think I need to treat the underlying pathogens, directly. But how, I don't know.
