Re: Treatment directions, help needed

Hello, I am a Morgellon’s sufferer and think I have an infestation of candida. I'd like to share what has worked for me.

I have had major indigestion, gas, and bloating for a couple years. About 1.5-2 months ago, I cut out all sweets and processed foods. I try to only consume organic foods now. I've reduced my total food intake at each meal. I take 3 chewable papaya enzyme tablets right after each meal. The papaya enzymes are relatively cheap. I've been avoiding most dairy-I've only had organic cheddar cheese and cottage cheese while on this new program and it did not adversely affect me. I am avoiding flour and grains including pasta, rice and all breads because I've noticed that these foods plug me up and adversely affect my digestion. (Fungus is especially prevalent in grains as well which is another reason why I avoid it.) I eat all organic veggies, meat and cheese and drink lots of coconut water, coconut milk, and distilled water.

In addition to the regimen above, I do various supplements including probiotics, and am using a candida cleanse. I also do a Vitamin C and Salt cleanse 1-3 time per day depending on my schedule. I've been doing the Vitamin C and Salt cleanse for about 2.5 weeks now and it adds electrolytes and cleanses the body. This cleanse is a recommended protocol for Lyme, but seems to work well for Morgellons too, at least for me.

Since I've changed my eating habits and the quality of my food, and have begun nourishing my body with supplements, I lost about 10 pounds without trying, and the indigestion, coughing during and after eating has subsided. I also have more energy, a clearer mind and less difficulty waking up and getting out of bed.

I think that what it comes down to is listening to your body during and after meals. Tune into how the foods make you feel. Ask yourself... Do certain foods provide energy while others weigh me down and create gas and bloating? Avoid the foods that make you feel bad.

Once we improve digestion and our immune system and overall health we can begin to fight off the pathogens. This should be done in stages because a sick body will not be effective at trying to fight vicious pathogens like Morgellon’s and Lyme.

I hope that you find my experiences helpful. God bless you and I pray that you heal swiftly.
