Re: Self-awareness is one of the biggest threats in today's society to true Christians

Any time anybody forcefully tries to control another person by means of control for their benefit (not something that God would do) should open up means for pride in order for free will to run its course.

I have my pride that I am a Christian and my free will allows me to not be controlled, whether someone such as God wants it or not. I do whatever I want, and that is the gift of free will. Because no matter what I do and how my free will plays out, it is all part of God's plan.

So therefore in order for God to know us, He already knew us.

Jeremiah 1:5 ""Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.""

Therefore, if you feel that you have to prove something or when God searches the minds and hearts of man, is it truly searching Christians?

God already knows them and would not really do false trials or use apothecaries/sin/evil to figure you out. That is not God but something trying to gain control for their own benefit.

This is the problem of self-awareness. Self-awareness opens up so many wrong interpretations of the Bible and then you have people thinking they are all this and that, opening cults and what not.

Identity is used to express our love. Being the same person every day, day after day, just as electricity travels the same route and speed and expressing its actions and decisions the same way does not involve any growth. Has no future. I identify as Christian, as male. My soul identifies me as a good man, one who still believes in Good and Godly. My mind identifies as these things will never change.
