There is somewhat of a CATCH-22 (an expression for a SELF made obstacle).

"SELF awareness" is good except that it necessarily includes/means PRIDE.


God is telling us that THE HUMAN WAY is detrimental (a handicap) to divine LIFE for the SOUL (the creator is not human, divine status is unattainable by human ways).

We need God's intervention and gentle kindness (He needs to and will condescend to us so that we can have divine status).

Do not be prideful (self-awareness will do that to you).


In old testament times, the Jews did not have the Holy Spirit included in WORSHIP...

Mat 23:13
"But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you shut the kingdom of heaven against men


Mat 23:14 Other ancient authorities here (or after verse 12) verse 14, Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you devour widows' houses and for a pretense you make long prayers; therefore you will receive the greater condemnation.

Jesus called the PHAROAH-sees CHILDREN OF HELL.

Hebrews 9:14 calls the divine spirit that WE are to worship...


the ETERNAL Spirit.

Our dispensation is the JESUS dispensation (the age of ETERNITY).
