Hi Legolas, I like some parts of your post.
But
Animal protein = Myth with obvious and hidden problems ... I am convinced vegan is cheaper than buying animal source food. Most often than not animal prod. is one (rather major) of things separating you from true health.
If the issue is boredom - I'd say you did not really want to make it exciting. There are many sources that are vegan and are complete protein - spirulina, amaranth, buckwheat to name a few and they are cheaper per protein content percentage compared to animal source.
Spirulina for example is 70% protein when you buy it in powder. The rest is minerals, vitamins and microelements. No fat.
