Do you drink only distilled water? Much tap water is just, well, toxic.

Couple of other suggestions-
Organic Coffee retention enemas, in distilled water, are imo a more natural way to get the liver/bile system functioning optimally. They also relieve pain and improve mood.

H202 or hydrogen peroxide is an essential nutrient that we do not get anymore. Even very small concentrations of food grade HP (1-50ppm) can help if you are deficient (1hr before or 3hrs after eating). In larger amounts it will be alkalizing.

As others have said, much of the active indgredients in urine will be neutralised/altered by stomach acids. Gargling and holding sublingually is essential, as are massages. Its the only way the stem cells, enzymes, hormones etc can get into your body. Tweet
