Re: UT effects
Some of this is caveated cause you are describing it in the middle of a
Liver Flush protocol, but---
Many have written about this over the years, giving it the slang title of 'butt pee'. Very common for some and like other loose elminations while following an alternative health regimin, often it passes in a number of days, and is no cause for alarm(unlesss one is an alarmist and cringes at the thought of dehydration.(btw CZ search often does not pull up search results, cause keywords are not entered in the posting)
If you follow that the kidney discharge will be any articles that are either not needed at that moment, and any toxins ect circulating in the blood and not being dealt with by the liver processing, you can see how with a polluted system or a diet that is heavily contributing to the system in that way, would produce such an elimination, cause the system is being overloaded and the fluid is being expressed out thru the colon as regular solid waste products are designed to do.
This could also be a description of why you are experiencing discharge thru your skin. Our systems normal bloods cleansing ability is being affected and our overall system is either congested in some way or functioning subpar in some specific organ's processing. (which is why the
Liver Flush is agood idea of course and also a good idea is castor oil abdomen hot packs or orally as another type of GI tract flush, especially good for the ascending colon length and less harsh then mag salt or other cleansers used for cleansing the colon.)
Ive not been part of a disscusion on this before, tho again as I mentioned, theres been more than few disscus it. Id have to think, especially with the disscomfort you describe that your system is verging on or already in a state of being too acidic. Have you considered testing the PH of all your fluids, to give an indication of your cells and your extracellular spaces PH states?
Many have this response from day one of doing UT, and some never experience it at all. Its not bad as much as it is a sign the body is working properly and that we might learn from our present body system conditions and diet choices, what is going on and how we can affect it toward positive change.
Your list of symptoms, are similar to the reason why Ive practiced UT following the no grains, no greens, no animal flesh, no dairy guide lines, since first attempting UT when eating a regular diet many years ago.
