Auto urine therapy, yellow squirts, liver flush, acne.

I've been practicing auto urine therapy for a few years now.
In the past year the skin of my face and chest has become irritated, dry and prone to Acne breakouts.
Since I've been mostly sedentary the past couple years, I've started working out every day for past couple weeks and overall feel better for it.

I recently became interested in the liver/gallbladder flush and in the middle of the flush day. I've taken my two servings of epson salt and water and am an hour away from the grapefruit juice and olive oil mix.

Thing is, I fasted all day and so it's going right through me. Except for being white, it's very yellow, like urine, in appearance. I have noticed this about my excretions, sometimes. Very yellow since doing urine therapy. I otherwise couldn't readily associate this phenomena with anything detrimental, so largely discarded it. But now, come to think of it, I've never really recalled hearing any discussion of yellow excretions.

Have I been ignoring something important?

Also, this evening's excretions burn rather hot.

So, yellow like urine, burning. No debris, as I've been fasting all day.

I thought a Liver Flush would be the way to go since my skin has obviously been suffering for so long. Should I stop auto urine therapy, as well?
