I did a 42 day urine fast a few years ago.

I should have done some enemas during it, but circumstances didn't allow me to.

My hemorrhoid condition has subsided and it probably was the issue of HCL not being neutralized and flowing out so quickly due to the epsom solution.

I did pass quite a few stones and since all has calmed down do feel slightly more youthful. I'll continue doing the liver cleanse on a monthly basis, albeit not fasting the entire day I begin taking the Epsom Salts ! xD

I am a bit puzzled how I could be practicing UT for so long and yet still experience such troubles. I can only point to my sedentary lifestyle as the primary culprit.

My face is the primary site of surface inflammation. My hair is stringy and thinner than it used to be. My healing capability seems diminished. Again, I only recently started exercising to a good sweat, every day. I am confident I can recover health and beauty lost exceeding beyond that which I had! ;D

I generally try to keep well hydrated just for the fact it make urine easier to drink. Only thing is I chug it down while in the bathroom, but leave a bit under my tongue for a few mins.

After completing the Liver Flush I was very hungry and seemed to digest my meals more easily. The night's sleep also seemed a bit deeper.
