Re: UT effects

Thanks for your reply.

This morning i passed numerous Gallstones of the soft "cholesterol" kind in several sessions. My first excretion was not really uncomfortable and weak--little volume, no debris. After drinking 6AM epsom solution, nothing happened. Per suggestion, I performed a distilled water enema, which didn't release much. It seems I lost so much fluid the evening prior, my body chose to retain most of the water, instead. Around 7AM the bowel movements had come into full swing along with the burning pain flowing over my hemorrhoids as it was mostly fluid with some of the Gallstones passing. 8AM epsom solution was the most difficult and final dose to take in. It's now 10AM and I've had many sit downs with each one being another yellow burning emission.

Ow! This has to be the most painful regimen I've ever undertaken! My sore starfish!

It's still running yellow, too. I'm seriously considering foregoing UT for a month.

My regular diet consists of distilled water, vegan, fruit breakfast and lunch with some greens (often kale) and often some nuts. Evening is often cooked rice and veggies or a veggie stew heavy on potatoes. Akin to Raw Till 4PM, if you're familiar with high carb, low fat ala Freelee the Banana Girl.

I don't often have trouble with hemorrhoids and I've stopped eating spicy foods/peppers altogether for a couple months, now.

Still, I seem to feel the sensation of being constipated even when I'm quite regular, but digestion itself seems to take longer than it should.

Most problematic symptoms are bad skin(dry, flaky, irritated with frequent breakouts and subdermal painful lumps), slow to heal and now burning ass.

I have a history of bad skin, although there was a period in my late 20s where I had plenty of exercise and sweating and my skin was great for the greatest single length of time.

I really do not like burning ass. It's like I'm being haunted by the many ghosts of peppers past.

And there's lots of little bubbles. Not sure if it's the Epsom Salts or what.

So I might be overly acidic?
If this is just detox symptom and not a common experience with those doing the liver flush, my butt agrees with you.

Thing is, the burning came not directly from the grapefruit juice/oil mixture, but is tied closely to the Epsom Salt solution. I didn't expect so much crisis could come from the solution, alone! :O

EDIT: Just found this thread to be interesting regarding my anal experience.
