try beets, brewer's yeast and some prebiotics: cooked onion or chicory, 2-3 teaspoons ground coriander seed 1-3x per day, high sodium diet for 2-3 weeks then 1 sauna per week.

i'm on target, low dose of magnesium worked out :)

how much does the gene specialist charge vs free advice here.
