Thanks for that tip. I'll consider comparing one with the other if I get access to timely and proper lab testing.
Full fiber meals, which I usually have, may remedy that. Basically I don't have any food stripped out of its fiber. Fiber not only promotes fast elimination but absorbs toxins in itself.
I have about 24-36 hrs normal intestinal passage. With magnesium it is less than 24 hrs. My aunt got rid of gall bladder inflammation and stones through daily miniflushes, not even using any magnesium, while previously her gallbladder was full of stones.
