A few more comments.
Anything that messes up the gut/brain connection can have an effect on your mental status. The word "antbiotic" means against life. The purpose is to kill off the offending microorganism, but the effects are killing off the good bacteria, too. Always take probiotics at the same time you're taking antibiotics. Better still, find a natural antibiotic that won't have such deleterious effects on your gut.
Diet is what agrees with you and puts back the necessary nutrients. High protein is recommended. You don't always have to get that all from meat. Hemp protein is good. Raw milk is a perfect food if you can find some local farmer who participates in a program that makes it safe. Surthrival Colostrum is the best 100% whole food supplement I have found as is Dr. Schulze's new Superfood. You can research these. Buy local from a good, organic gardener,

We don't believe that bugs scatter. The problem is usually that someone does not keep up with dewormer until the bulk of the load is killed off. They do create biofilms. Minerals are good at breaking biofilms down. Chlorella will detox heavy metals and fulvic/humic minerals will do the same. I'm making good progress with http://www.optimallyorganic.com minerals.

The key is lacto fermentation. Gut health. Watch some videos on how to make water or make kefir and how to make fermented foods. Stuff bought in the grocery store is NOT what we need.
