Re: Depression, ADHD, where/how do I start???

I have done lots of research on natural ways to heal but it feels like I'm going in circles.

For the ADHD symptoms, these aren't new. Those are the things that I can identify with after being diagnosed. I was in denial for a while. It took me a long time to realize and accept that I have ADHD. I just knew that I was different in some way and then I was diagnosed in high school and the symptoms that fit me became obvious to me. It's been very frustrating over the years to not have a solid/ natural solution.

The depression symptoms (recent and debilitating issue) at first were pointed out to me by family and friends. They have all asked me what's wrong, why am I acting different, quiet, withdrawn, sad, etc. Other symptoms, I noticed myself like the crying, feeling blank, and not having much to say for example. I have tried to just get over it but it really isn't that simple. I would say there is anxiety over all this because it doesn't feel like myself.

Any suggestions on finding the cause? I'm willing to be drastic with the solution although I am limited by money.

My mom is pretty healthy no depression or adhd. My dad, however, I've suspected has adhd but I don't actually know. I don't think we've been exposed to radiation, maybe parasites or chemicals. Heavy metals are in a lot and I know chemtrails affect everyone these days :( ?

I don't want to depend on mind numbing drugs that don't get to the root cause. I want to be independent and empowered by natural healing.
