They don't sell it in stores around here either. I've only found it on line. I use the one silver brand. I believe it is cartel owned, but the gel seems ok still (not their silver liquid though).

Or of course you can waste your time and money on all these 'haven't helped anybody yet' solutions they peddle here. Apparently. Benefit of the doubt of course.
