Yes, I think some of the people, maybe most in the FB group, follow 80-90% of the program. I think I'm in that category most days. Dumping copper (which I do often) makes it hard to eat enough veggies on some days. Then I don't have the energy to cook them or the appetite for them. Most people in the group say the same thing and that carbs (grains especially) appeal more on those days. I find that true as well and just eat what my body wants, except for sugar. Chocolate sounds good then, too, but I work hard at resisting it.
If you can talk yourself into using a sauna, I think you will see faster results. I hardly sweated before starting NB, and that in itself is a sign of very poor adrenal function. The sauna has really helped me.
