Re: NB daily food plan

Oatmeal is a good change for breakfast. I seek out the gluten free oats since I have celiac disease and need to avoid cross contamination of gluten. If you tolerate dairy, yogurt is good. I mix whole milk yogurt with kefir to get plenty of live cultures. Blue corn chips are a good snack...just be careful not to eat too many as I often do. So delicious! I struggle not to overeat carbs, anyway. My blood Sugar ratio on my tests is not ideal yet.

Miso is another good food for the gut. I just eat it mixed with hot water, but you could add onions, garlic, some veggies to make it more filling.

Hope these help.
