I understand about breakfast. When I have oatmeal, I almost always have 1 or 2 soft-boiled eggs for the protein. Chicken sausage is another favorite of mine. That would add some variety for you...enjoy it with a plate full of veggies.
I enjoy most vegetables so I try to cook many kinds to keep from getting bored. Last night's leftover veggies along with a protein are great for breakfast.
