Thanks again.

Ah! Warm water eh? I've been drinking it cool. That makes sense.

Yoga exercise helps a lot to keep the body flowing and toned. But very, veyr slow movements as diziness comes in quickly.

I've been farting quite a bit. No bowel movements for two days now. Not worries. The gut is clearly compromised and in major need of repair.
Had some moments of clarity today bringing a bright outlook for my life, which is very, very unusual.

Anyhow, salutes to you!
