Welcome to the club. Fasting is amazing and by all means continue.

I agree with the advice you got from DL and kmg4.

If focus is your issue, you must do a Liver Flush after a month of refeeding. I like to flush before fasting, but you have already begun.

Is your urine ok now? Black urine does mean blood in urine, but if it is not continuing then not to worry.
