Thank you for the kind words. I feel I don't do enough. I am glad that we have Internet, smartphones and iPads which allows me to go on CZ during my travel time.
My suggestion is to consume raw fruit and vegetable juices as much as you can.
You can juice cucumber, celery, spinach, dandelion, kale, cilantro, parsley, fennel in combinations you like. Then you can add juice of lemon, lime, orange, green apples and/or ginger in a small amount.
