Re: How long will it take to get my energy back after re-feed?

Olivia,

If you are feeling energetic and do not feel it is right to break your fast, by all means continue. At this point you just need to assess your situation on daily basis and decide whether to keep going or break the fast.

My view is that if you continue your fast and go to work, you should avoid both physical and mental stress. I hope you have a desk job. If possible ask your employer for help and make them part of your goal of achieving better health by juicing. Only you need to know that your juice is water. So if they can let you work fewer hours or work from home that will help you with your goal. I have used the same excuse many times when I was working and fasting.

Your refeeding plan is fine.

You have done a great job!
