Enemas are easy to do. Like all health protocols you have to follow the methods carefully. This is why drug companies have it so good, because their protocol is very simple, you pop a pill, done.

For you my suggestion is still to do Liver Flush and then try enema which is a lighter form of flush. But it will never get the stones out.
