The best biome replenishment is from homemade probiotics, rather than some formula.
Homemade saurkraut is easy, super-cheap, and has by far the most probiotic count of anything. The only thing you need is cabbage, Sea Salt , and some strength in your forearms. But it takes 2-4 weeks to ferment.
Homemade yogurt has far less of a probiotic count than sauerkraut, but takes just a day to form, and tastes much better.
But rebounding on a trampoline (for lymph overdrive) + homemade sauerkraut daily might be a good combo to get all that in order, and may remove the need for colonics (which I am somewhat suspicious of from a risk/reward standpoint).
