I agree, trust yourself, but also your common sense.

And definitely don't take any action while you're afraid. That emotional state mostly blocks your access to the rest of your feelings and your common sense.

And be open to input because others can see things you're in denial about. Evaluate all information. But make your own decision, after weighing all that input. Don't let anyone intimidate you in to trying or doing things you suspect are going to be harmful.

And make sure it *is* working for you in a health promoting way (as you can assume no 'drug' ever will.) 'Drugs' may temporarily seem to 'fix' stuff but they plan them to always damage you so you need another drug to 'protect' or 'fix' you. Like the cat in the hat---it fixes that one thing but breaks it somewhere else, from my ancient history experience.

And of course, this is MY input, based on life experience and having regained my health. Others are entirely entitled to theirs, of course.

Remember though, the pharmaceutical cartel and it's medical minions, veterinary ones as well, are in it to make money. Nothing else. Tweet
