Follow your gut feeling and trust your self.

Because I listened to people on forums who shouted me down, and even said I was lying about dosage, I am still not totally cured.

Don' take action while the fear is there, as it alone can cause you to be unsure.

Do not give up what YOU KNOW is working and do not DISBELIEVE yourself.

Write it all out in point form and put it up on your wall to observe as you walk by.

Then when you feel calm and in control again in hours or days, YOU will know what is the next best step to take.

I wish you a safe and sensible trial of what you feel is a viable option for yourself.

......and I don't expect to be blasted for this opinion from anyone else. It is a valid opinion as well.
