Re: Copper deficiency - risks?

I am going to go and try different way for getting copper, i read about Liquid Chlorophyll being more safe form getting copper than from suplements, and more specifically Sodium Copper Chlorophyllins which they made somehow by adding copper and removing magnesium.

Ideally, i think it would be even better to have both versions of Chlorophylls, the magnesium and copper to have larger nutrient content.

Should help with anemia too.
