To answer better to your question :

They , the NB therapist dont likely want you to take your own anything, they want you to take only whats in the program. So , it depends a lot to who you ask...yes and no..


I think Nb diets favor more copper than zinc with high vegetable amounts...what Dr.Wilson dont seem to see is, if have any bigger zinc defiency it compromises nutrient absorbtion as zinc it needet for it. So , the questions goes...can you really load enough zinc with the Nb diet & suplements ...to your body if the absorbtion proses has been compromised allready
