Copper deficiency - risks?

What are the chances of Aneurysm when copper deficient ? I haven't really done any tests to check copper levels expect for HMTA which shows low copper.

Symptoms include premature (loss of skin tone, loss of skin elasticity, loss of collagen), spider veins - recently I've developed these bulging veins by my temples. they become more pronounced after physical activity and for the past day one has been a bit painful with some very light headaches.

This makes me worried as I've read few articles on aneurysm and copper deficiency.

I'd like to hear some insight from the more experienced as I am pretty worried.

The problem is that I am probably copper toxic as well so should I be supplementing with zinc while eating a high copper diet?
