Re: Copper deficiency - risks?

If you are worryed of copper defiency then binding more bio available copper can just get defiency worse. Ascorbic acid is one that can effect bad way on bio available copper absorption. but citric acid , lactic acid, acetic acid and malic acid (and the foods that contain them) increase copper bioavailability.

I think it`s quite easy , in case of copper defiency you just take some Copper Sebacate and for toxic copper take lots of zinc, molyblenum also is a great help for toxic copper.Better to take copper and zinc/molyblenum in seperate time so the copper is sucked up better.

Test are helpfull. You may listen your body what signs it give when taking copper sebacate, if i take too much i get Insomnia, specially if not take zinc. Copper is stimulating agent, so if you notice any stimulation from good copper then you know you get it to body. Zinc calms and is sedative.

nutrional balansing sees dayly zinc requirements quite low in my wiew, to really get the zinc up
