You made a unintended and direct improvement to my life with this post.

Both my dogs are MDR1 carriers. I have asked everyone I could think of about what to give my dogs to prevent heart worm since they can't take Ivermectin or Selemectin. The Veterinarian told me there wasn't anything and I had to just keep testing them and then treat then if they got the heart worms. Did not and does not make logical sense.

I have purchased the Dimmitrol for my dogs and am very thankful. I may take it myself but for now I am just grateful something was found for my dogs.

Just proves how important it is to read every post even if you don't think it applies.
