Re: Update
Awesome story about Brad!
== Yes, I followed his monthly or so reports for a couple of years--lots of ups and down. The day he reported he lost his job because of it was such a sad day. He had struggled so much. Yet he was kind and generous with new members who were just learning. It was easy to route for him.
To hell with meds.
== I was on very low doses of them for roughly 5 yrs. I was taking supplements and special diets that allowed me to use very low doses. Generally I was grateful for them. I don't encourage people to avoid them, but to use them wisely while they try to address underlying causes.
As for the b12, it makes me feel so good that I've been taking the good kind for over two years now :)
== some people become quite agitated on it, esp the methyl form. I am one. Fortunately now I am starting to tolerate a little more of it. I still have to be careful about B12 and caffeine. caffeine plus my med for ADD was also quite risky.
As for your heavy metals, did you use the classic cilantro and chlorella?
== No, I considered them when I was in the learning phase. They don't make sense in comparison to the combination of DMSA or DMPS plus ALA. Cutler's dosing makes very good sense even though it is inconvenient. Redistribution of mercury to more vulnerable organs is enemy #1. I was employable at the time. I did not want to roll the dice. I wanted the safest effective method.
== cutler's interview with Dr Pompa explains it fairly well.
