Re: Update
Hey, thanks the article and the support! I will read it later in detail. I love how I think I've read everything on the net, then you point out something new :)
I agree diet is not everything. I've been on super low carb forever and am still at square one. I do acknowledge however, that even certain good sugars (carrots cause me rashes) are for now a no no. Unfortunately, until I figure out a consistent solution for the mold, I might have to go on another hardcore raw, low carb, diet. My lower abdomen is so inflamed from the cyst (and whatever else it going on), that I have no choice. When healthy, protein is my best friend, but eating as light a possible for the moment will definitely ease the pain. If I could tolerate fasting these days I would, but this is the next best thing. I'm thinking fresh greens, raw nuts and coconut....maybe half an organic apple at the start of the day.
I think I just have to accept the fact that until I get that "breakthrough", there is no point in trying to building muscle with all that protein. I've gotten very strong on it, but the excess water and fat that sit on top of the muscle is not worth my efforts in the gym.
