where are the 10 year and 20 year follow-ups

OK, but ... where are the 10 year and 20 year follow-ups that show whether or not there is any increased mortality?

This is my point. There are risks associated with everything and short term studies can point out some risks but there needs to be long term follow-ups to insure that there is not hidden risks.

Also there is a need to watch for the smoke and mirrors effect. An example of this might be 'a high percentage of chemo-therapy recipients die of cancer compared to people who do not receive chemo-therapy'. This is a natural outcome of the fact that people who do not have cancer are not going to use chemo-therapy. The same situation would also likely be true of zapper users and Black-Walnut users.

There is risk associated with everything but the pharmaceutical industry, in its effort to monopolize the market, blocks important studies that could significantly help reduce human suffering.

Back between 2002 and 2006, I tried to overcome a part of this issue in regards to zappers by surveying users as to the levels of success achieved, condition that was being treated, and the methods of usage. I then published much of this information as statistics. Unfortunately, these statistics were what scared the pharmaceutical companies. Seriously. We were raided by the FDA and to their disappointment, the statistics were verified by our customers ( but never acknowledged by the FDA except in a somewhat underhanded way ). 100 percent of our customers that were contacted by the FDA told the FDA that they were satisfied and that the FDA should allow us to continue. Basically, I am told that, one customer said that they did not receive any benefit but they knew of others who did.

The medical industry and the FDA has been trying to suppress the electro-therapy industry since the 1930's, since they forced the Medical-Electric-Battery off of the market from Sears and Robuck, Montgomery Wards, etc in 1935-1936. http://medical-electric-battery.com/
