You probably have a roundworm infection possibly a strongyle(threadworms) or trichostrongyle(hair Worm). An Elisa test for strongyles would confirm this by a lab test ordered by your doctor. Make sure you get the results even if negative as vetenarians use .2 as a marker for infection but for human testing a positive mark brings it to1.0 ,1.5 or 2.0 depending on what lab does the testing.
