PLEASE HELP!! Worms in urine

Please help me!!! Im just a little paranoid.
I have worms and i honestly dont care for it that much, i am dealing and killing them naturally and keeping their numbers low, but I've been experiencing some weird wormy feeling at tip of penis pee hole, it is not painful and it doesn't bother me much but when i urinate there is tiny white worms like things, not moving just still. They are about 2-4mm long and look like tiny pieces of cotton. They are not straight they are twisted and crinkle looking. Anyways, all i want to know is how can i directly kill worms in the bladder or wherever they are coming from... Because i do not want worms hanging out of my dick and i definitely do not want to pee out big ass worms... Please help! Tweet
