My Fasting results after 10 days - part two
By October 10th within 10 days - here are three more surprising results:
- Sensitivity to cold food had greatly reduced: Yesterday when I went out, I felt thirsty. I was looking for water bottle, and I could find only refrigerated one. I drank almost 600 ml out of 1000 ml in single shot. After few minutes I observed that the water was too cold. Prior to this I could drink less than 50 ml of cold water, if I ate ice cream more than a spoon at a time – I used to have shooting pain in a line form from mouth to the top of the head for few minutes.
- Allodynia reduced a lot (this condition causes lot of pain and discomfort for normal activity otherwise should not)
- Mechanical allodynia: - pain or discocomfort when cool or hot air flows around skin - Last night I slept below 23 C (around 65 F), without the need to cover my body.
- Pain after deep tissue Massage: After I press sensitive parts of fibromyalgia syndrome, I observed little or no pain in over a decade (explained below)
- Muscle stiffness or lump has gone down significantly: When I feel the muscles with a simple press or massage is no issue for the past two days, compared few hours or days of discomfort earlier.
- calf soleus muscle (as shown the image in the link below- outside muscle)
- and at below neck back – I used to have 2in x 4in size muscle very hard. This reduced greatly, and subdue day by day.
Over all I feel like I can do lot better and my confidence that I become well very soon is multiplying. When I feel low, I keep quiet and observe what is happening. I do not judge, and take rest.
Healing crisis: Mouth ulcers started with low intensity pain and discomfort.
I never expected results so fast I had been battling for over 15 years and tried many things.
For those who need to know more about anatomy and conditions I deal with:
