As for both products, Noni juice and Threptin cookies, I can say that they are advertising gimmicks.

In Threptin cookies they have same junk in them as the US companies. Sugar, coloring, emulsifier, cooked rice flour etc. The label does not show if they have hydrogenated oil or not, but they vegetable oil. It is better to eat brown rice and daal cooked, it is a perfect protein. Milk and milk products are not healthy for you. Just imagine, all animals drink their mother's milk up to a certain age and then they go eat what they are programmed to eat. Only one animal drinks milk from other animals, even in adult age, us two legged one, how can that be helpful to our health.

As for Noni juice, it may be cold pressed but they have to cook it to bottle it, unless it is turned in to a vinegar. Also I checked one brand called Apollo, their labeling is not forthcoming of what else they have in it, they boast about the shelf life of the product, which is 2-3 years that tells you there is not much to gain from it. I would rather eat the fresh juice from any fruit not the one from a bottled version. BTW, Noni is indigenous to India, I am sure you can get fresh fruit easily.

I must say that India has learned the art of manufacturing and advertising from the west. Fortunately, not many companies in India are using corn syrup and hydrogenated oils compared to the US.

Keep your schedule of fasting but change your diet to raw as much as possible. Processed foods and heavily cooked foods have no enzymes left in them, hard to digest and get nutrition from it.
