I need your support to continue my fasting and enjoy greater benefits by practicing under guidance of experts from this forum. I chose to divide in to three parts my first post(s).

I appreciate your patience to read and guide me accordingly.
A brief background: For religious reasons I started weekly 24 hour fasting in 2013. Slowly I started to realize health benefits. Now fasting intensly for health reasons.
The health condition I am dealing with: Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndromes since 2000.
Very intense by 2009 - pain and discomfort all over the body, with less than 4 hours ability to work.
Recovery as of October 2015: Recovered through dietary supplements, organic diet, yoga and personal transformation. No pains by the end of 2014 and able to work for more than 10 hours from home.
My objective of fasting: Recover faster and continue to enjoy health and vitality, work full time and support my family.

My current fasting method from 1st October 2015
16:8 - 5 days a week
24 hours - 2 days a week (Tuesday and Saturday)
My current diet:
Organic brown rice with non organic vegetables side dishes, organic millet based Indian recipes - dosa and roti.
Dietary Supplements:
Protein in powder form combined with multivitamins (10 gm) and protein in healthy biscuits form which contain 30% protein. I take total 100 gm of biscuits which contain 30 g protein.
noni juice - about 100 ml per day
lemon juice - about 4 or 30 ml mixed with 150 ml of water with a pinch of baking salt and rock salt early morning and before bed.
chelated minerals
My daily consumption method.
8 am to 2 PM – food consuming period.
Start with lemon juice, after 10 minutes I take 30 ml of noni juice with a glass of water.
How do I break 24 hour or 16 hour fast: I start with high digestible protein biscuits - about 9 gm of protein and 21 gm of carbs and other ingredients (total 30gm). After about 30 minutes I take my regular meals.
Today I found an organic shop near by, only papaya and most of the vegetables are available for me. I stopped eating fruits two years ago as I did not see any health benefits. Plus acidity formation was too high or I felt hungry and had to eat my regular diet again.
Any suggestions on how to improve my fasting process would be appreciated. Also what to expect and not to expect will also help in case.

Results observed due to intense intermittent fasting and good diet so far in less than 10 days:
Healing crisis is triggering certain pains across the body, with very low intensity. After I move around and take rest, they go away. I also see need to sleep more.
Breathing - Very smooth, and deep. After certain degree of exertion or eating food, the smoothness goes away, again either after consuming noni juice or sleep it returns.
Sleeping pattern: I started to experience a sense of refresh. I am not sure if I expressing properly the followig. Prior to fasting, while sleeping I remember my sense in the head or brain is like water moving on rocks. Now it is like water in calm winter.
Muscle tightening: I experience muscle tightening and strength across body from time to time.
Freedom in muscles: I see lot of ease, and started to jump for the first time while climbing steps after 15 years.
Freedom while speaking: I stammer from time to time. I started to observe the freedom in the neck, mouth and head muscles while talking, and my speech is flowing very freely. This is a big surprise result for me.
Experience teenage and childhood body feelings: Whenever I played well and slept during my teens, the same feeling in the body is returning.
Clarity in thoughts and more calm and relaxed: I used to have a sense of anxiety, resistance to something unknown all the time. Now I am enjoying sense of confidence, calmness, joy and love.
Sense of fatigue is decreasing everyday: I stated to feel a sense of alertness and high energy is increasing.
I am waiting for more pleasant surprises and recover my health completely.

By October 10th within 10 days - here are three more surprising results:
Over all I feel like I can do lot better and my confidence that I become well very soon is multiplying. When I feel low, I keep quiet and observe what is happening. I do not judge, and take rest.
Healing crisis: Mouth ulcers started with low intensity pain and discomfort.
I never expected results so fast I had been battling for over 15 years and tried many things.

My fating result after 15 days:
Over all muscle strength started to increase, and muscle lumps in calf and below neck almost gone.
More clarity in thinking. Increased ability to divert my emotions and inner anger and focus my work for a rational outcome.

I think Roti and Dosas are not the most healthiest foods.
Dietary Supplements:
Protein in powder form combined with multivitamins (10 gm) and protein in healthy biscuits form which contain 30% protein. I take total 100 gm of biscuits which contain 30 g protein.
Protein powders in my opinion are partial food and protein biscuits are evn worse, I bet bisuits have so many junk ingredients, such as sugar and presrvatives. I would stay away from these things. Get you protein from raw plants. An elephant gets all its protein from leaves.
noni juice - about 100 ml per day
Is Noni juice freshly made and consumed right away? If not, I would stay away from it too. All juices made in factories are cooked twice and lose all it's nutrients and then they add synthetic vitamins, colors and sugars.

Lemon juice is great before meals.

Do not know much about these minerals so cannot comment.

Long fasts should always be broken with light meals, including two day fasts.

Fruits are necessary for some micro-nutrients. Fruits are the cleaners and vegetables are the healers.

ALL IN ALL, YOU HAVE DONE AN AMAZING JOB FOR GETTING YOUR HEALTH BACK. FASTING HAS HELPED YOU CLEAN YOUR BODY AND IT IS FUNCTIONING BETTER NOW.
I would look at Magnesium deficiency, Vitamin D deficiency and Iodine deficiency. Get some tests done for these three which will solve some of your issues.

Thanks Arhus for your feedback. I must say your contribution to this forum is significant. Also Thanks for your feedback on my presentation style.
I completely understand your suggestion on noni juice, protein, dosa and roti.
Maybe some background might help to asses further on what am I doing.
Noni juice played significant role in my recovery. I checked with the manufacturer - they use cold press or water based treatment to extract juice. I also visited their manufacturing unit to ensure I am in right hands. They import organic noni fruits from Hawaii.
I consume Threptin biscuits, they are milk based. Very high nutritional value and recommended by doctors to many only to build health. http://threptin.com/?p_id=faqs#tdQ2
Given the need, I am using all these. If I stop them, then the symptoms re-appear. If fasting helps to stay active even without these expensive things, I will keep them away. I will experiment.
I will start fruits again, and update you the result.
Please see what all contributed for my recovery for each symptom and for over all health building. Any more suggestions are welcome.

Thanks Archus for your view on the manufacturing principles and concealed labeling practices. I am aware of the same, since I did not know any other method that gave me progress, I stick to them. Yes, slowly I want to eat only organic and avoid all these as much possible. If I stop them at once now, I am not sure how the body will respond. I should keep up with career related activities, and the current protocol is building health and giving energy.
Noni fruint in India is not available in the market, I must find a farm near by and procure the same.
FMS / CFS is also effect of mitochondria. Noni helps in improving mitochondria functionality thus giving me energy. So instead of looking at all the influencing factor of manufacturing, I am also looking at the benefits.
I already enjoy unprecedented and pleasant surprise results through fasting. So I will change gradually through experimenting.
I will share my logic and rationale behind my approach as we continue our ‘fasting journey’ together.
I am designing my new blog, will start giving very important and missing fundamentals on health building principles and life style. I certainly need your support and others in the forum to ratify and refine my thoughts.
Once I progress in my career, I want to try Kaya Kalpa from Kerala, India.

This week I consumed only watermelon few times. I see I did not feel hungry after that. Thanks for the suggestion. Will continue to experiment and share the progress.
I may start 3 or 5 days fast (either fruits or water only). Will post the details.

As I mentionmed in my above post, I will see in due course what best to stay with good diet.
I saw videos on plastic rice and food from China. That is very scary and we must be carefull. I even verify the production or farming location before I finalize that I buy from this shop.
