I don't have any experience with or knowledge of scans or ultrasounds and parasites. I'm sorry. You may be lucky enough to get a doctor who will treat without having to have perfect evidence.

They do exist, but they are rare.

If your doctor will treat you, don't be surprised if they do not continue to treat for the length of time it may take to get a cure.

You could try mentioning the hospital in the UK who treats with Intravenous Ivermectin for two weeks.

I can get the name of that hospital for you, if your doctor requests it.
