Everyone has their own opinions on what works and doesn't but I would try raw potatoes. Gold potatoes because they have more vitamin a but any would do. Make sure they aren't green or have sprouts. If they have the beginnings of sprouts remove them. Make sure there are no black spots so peel them if need be. It might be best to do this every time. Cheap solution and really helps in my opinion. Contains a lot of vitamin c, vitamin a, b vitamins and iodine.
