I have several large nodules on both sides.

I let the medical community lead me astray for decades. No more. They are either malicious or totally incompetent...not sure which...maybe both.

I finally got smart. I started taking Iodoral about 4 years ago. My levels were so low the first 12.5 mg tablet made me sick. I built up to 50 mg over about 3 months. My goiters started going down in size once I got to 50mg. I had no idea about taking B2 and B3 with the Iodoral so I have not made much progress since. I can barely palpate my nodules now.

I have since put together a Excel spreadsheet for all my supplements so I can see at a glance what needs to go with what. There are just too many dependencies to remember it all.

I think the advice you are given here at CZ is very good. It will take time but keep taking the Iodine and studying everything you can. Tweet
