Sorry to hear about your thyroid.

I think you're on the right track on trying to heal it naturally before taking such a step.

Definitely read up about Iodine and read Dr. Brownstein's book "Iodine, why you need it and why you can't live without".

A lot of people have had your same problem and have cured themselves with iodine.
