Adding Nystatin Enema to the routine

Because I have an unrelated condition that practically demands sugar/carbs, I decided to look for any way possible to treat this while allowing a small amount of carbs in my diet. I learned of the nystatin enema trick and gave it a go.

Last night I tried nystatin for the first time, orally. Over the day I'd skipped breakfast, had a salad of lettuce/spinach/red onion with a few hard boiled eggs and only ACV as dressing. Later I had something called tandoori chicken, which was organic/no Antibiotics with an indian seasoning made of stuff like turmeric/garlic/pepper/etc. I also was taking my enzymes and supps like colostrum, undecenoic acid, etc. In other words I was hardly giving the candida any leeway at all. My gas/bloating (main symptom) was still bad, but nowhere near a few months ago before I figured this out and ate, say, gummy bears lol. My tongue has been more clean/red though still whitish in the back.

So I took 1/2 tsp of nystatin powder in about 16oz of water (tastes nasty but, I digress). 30 mins later I got a headache, dizzy, and my tongue developed a nasty coating. Because I had consumed essentially nothing else they could have fed on that day (I think), I attributed the coating to candida death throes. Some molybdenum and charcoaal helped alleviate the die off, but of course I still woke up the next morning feeling as if I got wasted last night.

I thought this was the most confirming event yet that I have candida for sure. I'm pretty sure if I didn't have it, nystatin wouldn't produce this result.

Right before going to bed, I decided to keep things up and hit the candida where it hurts. I think I gave myself this problem with too many chia seeds in protein shakes in one day -I believe they weren't stored well and had mold. Now I realized chia seeds scrub against your intestine walls, cleaning it, and in this case, they probably scrubbed away good bacteria colonies while laying out a red carpet for mold to set up. So I thought I'd try using the same mechanism to combat it.

I made a drink concoction shake...thing, with 1 tsp chia seeds, glutamine, galactomune, and a cocktail of probiotics. I emptied them out of the pills right into the mix. x2 L. Salivarius, x2 Primal Defense Ultra, and x2 Renew Life Ultimate Flora. This is WAY less chia than when I got this issue, so I doubt the same mechanism will work, but I'm too concerned candida will like it despite all the diets saying it can help.

So today, I skipped breakfast again (I like to remove variables), cleared myself out with distilled water after my BM, and then did the nystatin enema pretty much exactly as described by dvjorge/rusty14 (//www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=2055603) Left side 5 mins, back with legs raised 5 mins, right side 5 mins. As I type I'm still retaining it. Immediately afterwards I took oral nystatin again, along with a colostrum, turmeric, glutamine, balanced minerals. I still haven't eaten anything today...still need to burp about every ten seconds. :) At this point I wonder if it's die-off gas. Hard to be sure. With my light diet yesterday, no food yet today and clearing myself out, what are they eating? Just a ton of gas to come from seemingly nowhere. Bacteria probably isn't fermenting my protein, I use HCL w/ Pepsin and stools no longer float as they did before I razed my SIBO. Which I now believe was a side effect of candida.

I will use this thread to update my experience on the nystatin enemas. It is likely I will sneak in small numbers of carbs taken with antifungals. I hope I can replicate the success of others using this technique and vouch for how well it works. This seems a relatively recent development that needs more people to vouch for it.
